Drive In

Kevin and I went to Costco to stock up domestic goodness. Together we spent about $285 but in no way did it look anything like it.

I bought New York fillets, red onions, limes, mushrooms, pretzels, Dr. Pepper cask (went halves with Kevin over the 30 pack), Hershey chocolates, Reese's Pieces, tuna cans, Bulgogi meat (Korean BBQ marinaded beef) and yoghurts.

It seemed like domestic heaven as I hung off the side of the trolley and Kevin pushed me around! At one point Kevin screamed out, "DEENA, DO YOU NEED TAMPONS IN BULK?" and I replied, "HONEY, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THEM HERE." trying to counteract the embarrassing situation.

Another time Kevin goes, "DO YOU NEED TO BUY BOXES OF PREGNANCY TESTS?" and I couldn't think of any retaliations, and as people stared at me...

I just ran out of the aisle hahahahahahhahaha damn Kevin!

We ate at Costco and wow it is amazingly cheap! We shared a Bulgogi bake and a hot dog each - at a total of $10 including 2 refillable soft drinks!

We went back to our respective homes then I went over to his to just bum around then go to the drive ins at Coburg to watch No Strings Attached. It was my first drive in experience and its pretty cool except for the adorable awkward bats and birds that would fly across the screen like tumbleweed hahaha!

Apparently, Natalie Portman's character is a little like myself hahaha and I can see that a little!
The movie was pretty good up until the cheese coated ending. I shivered at Ashton Kutcher's one kill switch line *STOP READING IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW* which was, "If you come any closer, I'm never letting you go!"

I shivered in my seat at the hackneyed phrase.
