Scrabble
So I should be starting my studies..
But last night I was challenged to a game of Yahoo! Scrabble, well actually the jipped version called Literati.
I am now addicted. It was the first time I've played the classic game of Scrabble (I know!) and its so much fun.
I'm playing it right now on my facebook, against my friend.. who is actually sitting right beside me but isntead of communicating with our god-given voice boxes, we're chatting on instant messaging.
Keep your enemies close right?
Edit: For those wondering, I won! (3:17am)

Beast
I woke up at 2:30 pm.
I'm still super dooper tired! My eyelids are like half open as my body just droops over like that notre dame clocktower bloke.
I watched little TV then made myself a beasty pizza.
It was so darn good.
The other polaroid is Simba, how cute is he?
I was trying to take a photo but he kept trying to lick it so I decided to just guess where to take it and just shove it in his face rather than eyeing it up!
Accidental guessing shots are the best.
I just saw like a pyramid of tandem-style bikes riding on the road! It was hilarious, like 6 people on the bottom then 3 on top then like 1 just right at the pinnacle, then a whole clan of normal bikes behind! Strange but hilarious!
Now I'm back and I don't want to study for finals.

Simba
I then woke up to find that it was only 11 am and after being awake for over a day, I only caught up with 3 hours.
Mum had bought me lunch so for a few hours my mum and I caught up while I ate some Chinese Takeaway.
I miss her so much, out of everyone- I significantly miss her the most. I told her too and she just flashed me one of her cheesy grins supported by her full moon sized cheeks.
I was waiting for friends to contact me, but it wasn't until late afternoon did I realise that my phone was broken. I thought I was forgotten.
But I was really happy bonding with Simba the dog, and catching up with mum. We played dress ups with Simba where we became tongue and hoodie buddies.
I then got to finally drive! I missed driving so much! I had dinner with few of the boys where I got to fulfill my huge craving of Chicken Cutlets on Rice. YUM
I then rushed home to pack and go city to quickly see Deshna again then sped off to the airport.
I was 3 minutes in time for check in, phew! The security was flirting with me so bad when I was having my luggage checked. I could've smuggled in a weapon! Hahahaha but I guess it was like 10:30pm.
This time I was wedged between two ladies, and when my plane landed my bag was squished in one corner where I couldn't reach and was embarrassingly jumping up and down to try get it while people just stared at me. FINALLY this man decided to help me out!
It was 1:38 am when my friend picked me up, where I went home to snuggle up to the two episodes of Masterchef that I missed.

Deshna's 18th
Plane rides are so boring - I'll start with that.
I was wedged between two men, one the typical Australian from the Outback style bloke and a business man.
The business man snobbed me as I squidged in to sit in the middle and the Aussie bloke just cracked me a smile and said, "Welcome to the flying sardine can!"
I thought that was funny.
I landed and was picked up by Yuvi, where we then did quick visits to some of the boys and then my mum and Simba (new member of the family).
I arrived to Desh's and made her new boy and Yuvi hide her as I sneaked into her house to hide. She then came in to play Nintendo and I casually slid in next to her where she just ecstatically jumped and squealed at my presence! I was really happy too!
Next thing, I laid out my 6 presents for her where each letter of her name responded to the first letter of the gift I gave her, for example S in Deshna was S for shirt (where I made her a shirt of her)
After being forced to gulp down tequila shots by Deshna, friends and HER DAD (who shot like a mug of tequila) we were all ready to go out and party on a Wednesday night.
Due to the State of Origin, Uber at West End was packed and it was fun! We lost Desh for a few hours but that was because of her vomiting saga. I spent good quality time catching up with Tyson, not from the 3 months I've been away for but the few years we hadn't caught up on!
Afterwards we all went to the Casino, where I lost a quick 20 dollars and my friends lost like 10 times more due to no control. I WARNED THEM! Then strolled over to McDonalds with blistered feet for breakfast at 6 am. I finally got home at 7:30 and talked to my mum until 8:30am!
Then I slept..
For 3 hours.

Berries of Straw
Well,
I just had huge stomach urges.. so I went all the way to my local supermarket to find it closed a bit early for renovations, I decided to venture with my friend all the way into the city to the 24 hrs supermarket to fulfill my cravings of strawberries with condensed milk.
My local supermarket sold them for $5 and I thought that was crazy, boy was I furious to find that this place sold it for $7! Are they out of season or something? They did look like pictorial, crimson, glossy strawberries like they were plastic - so if I was buying with an aesthetic mindset, I guess I got my money's worth.
I drizzle them with condensed milk, my favourite! <3 Then lick the plate!
One day and a bit until I return home for 32 hours in order to celebrate my best friend's 18th!
I've totally concentrated on making sure I've got everything to give her wrapped and ready and forgot about my own luggage! Then I had a random memory flashback where I have an engineering conference tomorrow evening, WHAT A DRAINER!
I played a bit of ukulele today, like 10 minutes - which is the longest since moving.
Time to lick my strawberry platter, yum yum!

Seafood Bonanza
So, I went to Victoria Markets yesterday afternoon to fulfill my cravings of german sausages and get some fresh seafood to devour on in the evening.
Entree
OYSTERS WITH LEMON AND TABASCO
Main
PAN FRIED SALMON WITH MAYO SALAD WITH FRUIT
Dessert
DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
So I ended up getting allergic reactions to the oysters again! I never learn, and never will because it is soo beautiful! I had a dizzy headache for so long, my hands got all itchy, found it hard to breathe.. and for the first time, lost half my eyesight!
I really got to be careful, I guess I pushed it by having six, rather than my usual three-piece indulge.
After a long time of coming down from allergy high, I went out with Kevin and the boys.
Here's a few photos!
Apartment was either on fire or gas leak and there were 2 fire trucks and all the residents down stairs in the funniest pyjamas. I saw a grandma in a kimono! But the photo you can barely see anything... fail

German Sausages
I am craving German sausages so I am wagging Calculus at 2 to go to Victoria Markets to get me some of them good porky.
I'll also get salmon for tonight! Haven't had fish in so long because my local supermarket rarely stocks a lot of seafood.
YUM! My stomach is rumbling!
Look how cute my friend is all snuggled up with the beanie I tied a bow around his face with!
That's probably the only photo I've taken in ages so I thought I'd break the words a bit and chuck it in.
I don't know if I should go out tonight, its nearly hibernating season...
edit: I didn't even put my friend's picture up!

A Mysterious Red Car
I am so glad I caught up on Masterchef by streaming off Channel 10's website this morning! I was so sad I sacrificed last night's episode to go to Melbourne Central's VIP Shopping Sale Day!
I was so disappointed with the Sales, probably because I swore to no spending for one month so I wasn't thoroughly looking with enjoyment. I bought another present for Desh though which totally breaks my idea that I had planned but I really wanted to get it for her, so I think I'm going to have to give her 5 presents all up.
Spoilt Spoilt Spoilt!
My favourite part of the Sales night was when I was in the Calvin Klein Underwear store and this little 3 year old named Katherine, came up to me and started flaunting bras up against her chest. I was like,
"Not yet honey, very soon.. but not yet!"
But we started choosing our favourite bras and slowly we started playing hairdressers and who can cut up the most things with their fingers. She took a fascination to my bracelets and to my long brown hair (because hers is night black). She was so adorable and smart for a little girl. She cried when I said I had to leave her!
So, my friend and I are calling the police right now because there's been this cute little new red car in front of my friend's house for over a week and the glasses are all smashed! The suburb that the car plate reads is AGES away from where we are, like more than half an hour away! So we're reporting it stolen.
My friend said last time, people have left a stolen car near the area before, but they torched it in the night so it was only a black frame left. This city is so rebellious.
Miranda Kerr's new GQ photos are so hot! Unfair
OH and I had my last Engineering workshop yesterday, OH OH and my team's robot won! We had the fastest and most efficient programming to go around this S track by using it's light sensor to detect where to stay in between the lines and where to go! I'm so proud of Persian Prince (That's what we named it because we had a Persian national boxer international student as a member and we decided to make a joke out of him).
I am also sad because my dreamy half caste, sexy asian tutor with an American accent is gone because Engineering workshop is gone.
I'll always remember how he laughed and gave me a long, mesmerising eye contact when I made a funny joke yesterday.... *floats into the clouds*
Ok, its so unhealthy that I'm so sad over someone I never really talked to! Hahaha I'm joking..........
Fun fact, save me from what my readers are thinking of me!

Spaghetti
Spaghetti for Martian in process now :)
So I got one of Desh's birthday presents in the mail today, and so I've got 3/4 of them now!
The last one I really have to get a start on soon!
Worked on my Engineering journal today where I designed a robot for the disabled - even though the Japanese have already beaten me to it I'm just going to pretend they haven't because I'm too tired to think of any other ideas.
I was going crazy and thinking of designing a mail order robot for those who are lonely, but of course that is inappropriate and was totally not considered. I was just in my lunatic world!
NCIS day today, LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Last physics lab was today, it was a bittersweet moment but more on the bitter side.
Back to my beautiful, enchanting television :)

A Thank you Poem For Martian
On the 1st of March, 1992
A green, squiggly alien came through the loo
Perhaps to whine,
Perhaps to dine,
but in fact it was because he was so kind.
As he steadily tried to land his spaceship,
a girl in Carlton was stuck in a messy dip.
She had weekly problems dealing with numbers,
and every time she tried, she'd scream "Bummers!"
Her calculus assignment was sending her askew,
On the 1st of March, 1992
Deena received her saviour, and so she says,
THANK YOU!
A poem for Martin "Martian" Pham, as he constantly, selflessly helps me with my calculus assignment. I will cook you Spaghetti for lunch on Wednesday!

Alicia Florrick
So I forcefully peered my eyes open as I awoke on a dew-filled Saturday morning with the scintillating yet cold sun.
Thinking I did such a fantastic job at waking up early, I grabbed my clock and found it to be a more afternoon time of... midday.
I'm pretty impressed anyway because I stayed up catching up with my best friend Deshna :) It was good skyping with her once again, I missed miss her so much. We talked about the usual; boys, food, school, assignments, farts and poos. Actually when she called me I was reading the news on the toilet HAHAHAHAHA, I accepted the call anyway! (That was probably too much information, but I am Miss No Shame)
I woke up, watched The Good Wife where Alicia Florrick the main character and mum who is pretty much filling the role of a single parent with added public stress, never ceases to inspire me with her FEMININE POWAAARRR!!! I always scream those two words out when she slams people with her fierce lawyer words. My friend just always rolls his eyes at me.
I then caught up on Gossip Girl, luckily I indulged in 2 episodes! Jenny Humphrey is too conniving for my liking and Serena is too naive (The characters, not the actors! Don't worry!) I then cried on the inside after they both ended as I came to realise that both my favourite TV shows to watch (apart from MasterChef, NCIS and CSI) are nearing season finale.
I MUST FIND ANOTHER SHOW TO LEECH MY TIME ON!
I have become such a television bum since I live independently. (I'm hovering over the last two words of the previous sentence wondering if it makes sense....)
Moving on, I then watched Jessica Watson on TV - who is the youngest girl to sail around the world and just landed back home to Australia today. After all the media frenzy, it took me 7 months to realise that what she did was tremendously triumphant! Good on her, I'm ashamed I can't even go and chase dreams.
I then went for a run at a real gym this time, with my friend's swipe card. OH MAN this blog is going to be long because I have another story. Okay so I just come in and start running on the treadmill, watching the footy in front of me and see this dude staring at me in the reflection.. I was just thinking like oh hes probably concentrating on that glass spot, but afterwards he comes right up to me on my run. I look over and see she has boobs and is actually a ranga girl and felt terribly bad. Throughout my whole run she was just staring at me and looking at either,
a) my speed on my treadmill which wasn't that flash
b) my legs
c) my [lack of] chest
After I finished running, she stopped running - when I start running again, she hops on and starts sprinting on it! Then I stopped to actually leave now, and she stopped too but realised I was DEPARTING!
I then went to Woolworths to make Red Thai Curry with a melon and coconut smoothie, yum! Then watched an episode of House, I love his douche bag acts.
Night baby kittens!

Nothing
I love weekends of... nothing.
And I'm not being sarcastic either. Friday I pretty much lazed around, did the Ellen show and the View - though I find them too catty and chit chatty (I excel myself with my rhyming skills)
Friday night I had honey soy chicken with rice, and stayed up watching The Lake House with the ever so charming Sandra Bullock and handsome Keanu Reeves. That movie was both endearing and beautiful! Its been added to my favourite list of romantics. I'm probably being bias because I love Sandra Bullock, but it runs on the same sweet storyline of The Time Traveller's Wife (which I also love) but less confusing and scene-choppy (for those who haven't read it, the constant back and forth time periods the scene moves into is confusing). While the Lake House, intricately yet swimmingly weaves the two time periods to a place of one.
Maybe just watch the movie because I'm starting to speak swish swashly. I then crammed in a gym session where I decided to push myself to burn 400 calories and regrettably, cause a more permanent burn in my vulnerable, weak chicken legs.
My friend fell asleep in MY ROOM where I left the keys and my phone when I went to run, so I was there BANGING on my door for a good hour until my iPod died. People came out looking at this disgusting blob of sweat probably thinking in their heads "WHY IS THAT PERSPIRING PIGGY KNOCKING AT THIS UNGODLY HOUR!" So I started knocking in intervals then hiding in my fire stairs when I heard people walking towards me. HAHAHA
I gave up. So I went downstairs and played oopsie daisy with the security guard like this,
Deena: "Oh my! I went to the gym and left my keys in the house! I locked myself in.. hehe" *batters eyelashes like Minnie Mouse*
Security: *looks me up and down with his bulged eyes* "ID?"
Deena: "Well, I don't go to the Gym with my ID.." (Btw my gym is downstairs of my apartment block)
Security: "ALRIGHT, sign here and come back in 5 mins with the spare key"
Deena: "Oh you gallant gentleman, how deeply your chivalrous gestures touches my poor, beated heart. You have impossibly saved me from an irrevocable catastrophe!"
Okay, last line was fake.

Scarred
Um...
So I went and squeezed in like 10 minutes of exercise before it was closed off in my College.
Went outside with my friend to move his car, and in that flash I saw an image that I double-looked on.
I immediately said to my friend,
"DID YOU SEE WHAT I JUST SAW?"
And he just nodded his head - both of us with eyes bulged in disgust (my friend probably salivating)
Two international asian students in the window right on the main street in their townhouse of Carlton (which is so busy even at 12 am) just.. reproducing.
When they saw us they immediately pulled the blinds halfway and dimmed the lights but we could still see them! I AM SO SCARRED, I SEE THEM LEAVE THEIR HOUSE ALL THE TIME...
I don't know why I really blogged this, but my friend and I were laughing for ages. I thought if I was ever to walk in on anyone, it'd be at a party or something - not a stupid window mistake.

Hwaro
Here's the photos from Hwaro Korean BBQ and Logie Spotting Night!
David Squared, with me sandwiched!
Seven network stars from Home and Away (I must photoshop this to pure pure pure clarity)
Little Sister and MEEE
Jana and I again
On another note, another fantastic website from Tiny where it has assisted me to decide what's for dinner..
I had to press "I don't fucking like that" about 4 times because the first 4 options were too gourmet. (I salivated at the sound of Moroccan lamb though)
Until I slowly overcome my fear of the kitchen and lack of skills, I am going to be having either stuffed chicken breasts or indian curry. YUM
Have a go? Or understand what I'm talking about?
WhatthefuckshouldImakefordinner?
This morning I've finished planning and buying Desh's birthday present but now I have to go to Uni to meet up with my Engineering group to finish our assignment due tomorrow.
WHICH BY THE WAY, I've done everything so far! UGH, I AM BOILING WITH HATRED RIGHT NOW because on the day where I was sick with a fever, I missed a meeting. I put my hand up and said I'll do more of the report because I missed the meeting but they said they didn't get any further on it anyway. Another day, I left them for an hour as I had to go physics lecture, I came back and they couldn't do it because they were missing a piece of information where I replied with, "THAT INFORMATION WAS FOUND IN THE PREVIOUS QUESTION OF FLUID MECHANICS"
OKAY, enough babble. Time to go to the Engineering Design Studio with ultimato fury.
